Subscription Information

What's included in the subscription?

Clients can keep track of their progress from the comfort of their home. Using one of our screening kits to measure their own vital signs, enter the results into the system using their smart phone, iPad or laptop to keep a record of their results on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Clients can test as many times as they wish throughout the month and log into the system at any time to view their performance reports and trending data. 

This data is shared securely with us so that we can monitor their results and send updated recommendations.*

At the end of each month, clients will receive a recommendations report, with detailed recommendations on diet, lifestyle and supplement changes, moving them towards optimum vitality. 

*The Your Future Vitality Screening System is fully GDPR compliant. 

Please note: This is a screening system that trends each individual client, therefore each individual must be set up as a new client and subscription fees apply.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees start from £12 a month and are collected on the last day of every month. 

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with 1 month notice.
